CS:GO Ranking system guide by GERMIA

I´ve had a discussion recently with my friends about how the ranking system works and noticed, that there are a lot of  rumours and unconfirmed claims about CS:GO´s ranking system.
So I´ve decided to take a closer look on the ranking system and find the true info about how it works.

1) What is a rank and what ranks do we have?

Rank is a skill group, that evaluates you in CS:GO Classic Competetive mode. Every player receives a rank depending on his skill. The matchmaking system searches using your rank possible opponents in the same/near skill group. The ranks were introduced to avoid unequal matches and this way to improve the enjoyment of the game.
The players receive their rank after winning 10 matchmaking matches (max. 2 wins/day) and from that moment their rank is displayed in main menu under avatar picture, medals and displayable items.
The rank changes in time with you being better/worse. There are ranks from simple silver I to Global Elite. There are total of 18 levels in the game.

If you are ranked in one of the levels, this level covers a wide range of ranking (ELO) points. So 2 people ranked as MGE could be still far away from each other in ranking system. By playing, each player gets/loses different amount of points depending on his ranking points and the ranking points of his opponents.

CS:GO ranks

2) What affects your rank?

There are several theories about how the ranking functions, so I´ve collected the most likely ones together and made this overview for you:

  • current ELO points (your rank)
From your current rank is counted the chance of winning each round against your opponents. If you have higher rank than your opponents, your chance of winning is higher, so you lose more ranking points if you lose and you get only a little ranking points if you win.

For example: A Supreme gets only a small amount of points by winning a round against Nova 4. When the Nova 4 wins against Supreme, he gets a huge amout of points. That does mean, that the Supreme is more likely to de-rank if he plays against Nova 4, than Nova 4 playing against Supreme.

  • round WIN/LOSE

Winning is important, but there are cases of players, that ranked-up or de-ranked after a 15-15 draw (or even de-ranked after win or ranked-up after lose). That confirms the theory, that what really matters are the wins of individual rounds in the match. For every round in the game, you have a specific chance to W/L, that is counted once again for the next point. So try to win every round you can even if you´re losing!
MVP´s are really imporant
How much ranking points you get depends on your current rank  and the rank of your opponents, from which is the chance of winning counted.
It is impossible to gain ranking points on round loss and lose elo points on round win.

  • MVP = Most Valuable Player
Try to get as most MVP stars as you can get. That means, that if you want to rank-up fast, take the bomb and plant, defuse, try to be the best and most effective player of your team. The player who scores an MVP is rewarded a significantly larger share of points than the other four players in his team.

  • overall matches won
A player with 20 wins is able to rank-up and/or de-rank A LOT faster than one with +100 wins. So the more matches you´ve won, the slower you´re ranking up and de-ranking.

What does NOT affect your rank:

  • Kills, assists, deaths, grenade kills, knife kills, hostage rescues
  • Teamkills, suicides
  • Scoreboard position
  • Headshots, accuracy
  • Time of each round, if the bomb was planted
  • Damage given/taken
  • anything else you can think of...

(A speculation is, that the system has changed with the last update and that your rank is influenced by percentile, that counts, if you´re below average or above average in comparison with other players. So since Nova 3-4 is average, there are 50% players above and 50% players below Nova. If there are a lot of high-ranked players removed from the system (VAC waves, that recently happened) you can rank up faster and easier to match the percentile. That´s why there are a lot of rank-ups lately.)

3) How does matchmaking function?

Your rank decides the skill groups, which you could possibly be matched against. The range of ranks of your opponents is very wide on the start and it gets smaller the more you´re playing (the more matches you win, the more accurate your rank is) So it could happen you will be ranked sometimes against too low/ too high ranks, but it´s because of you/your teammates/your opponents could be fresh players and the range of skill groups they could play against is very wide.

4) What effect has surrender, tie, leave/kick on Elo points?

Tie

Since the ELO points are not based on win or loss, but on round results, both promotion and demotion are possible when a draw happens. One side will allways lose/win some ELO points at a round end.

Surrender

You can surrender only if one player leaves the match and your team is weakened. The player, who left the match will keep only the changes for his ELO points till he left. For the players, that stayed on the server, the ELO points for 5 players will be divided between 4 players, that stayed on the server. So you can get a lot more points if you play in 4. If you reach MVP by playing as BOT, your points will be disributed between all 4 players.
That means, if on player leaves, remaining 4 players gain more points for round wins and the enemy team loses more points for round loses. So it´s not wise to surrender if you´re strong enough to win some rounds.

Leave/kick

The player, who left/was kicked the match will keep only the changes for his ELO points till he left (so if he left in the fourth round, only the four rounds he played counts into his ELO score). What happends in the match afterwards does not affect his ELO points.
Kick does not affect his points either.

5) Rank-ups and boosting

In order to rank-up fast, boosting is not the best choice for you. If you have higher rank just because you gave your account to some Global-Elite friend, that made 3 rank-ups for you, you´ll be lacking enjoyment of matches you play, because you´ll be much worse than other players on the server and you´ll probably drop your rank down fast. So what is the point? (The same problem is if you´re a Gold Nova 2 playing with Supremes)
Better option for you is to try to play matchmakings with 4 more skilled friends, learn and get better by playing with them and have a chance against evenly-skilled or slightly better opponents. In this point, you have read the text above and you know every MVP counts for you to gain ELO points, so try to get kills, plant and defuse bombs.
If you are "forever alone" guy and you lack 4 friends on your skill level, just try to play matchmakings, be friendly, communicate and try to play well. You can meet in the game some friendly guys with even skill, so try to add them and write them if they want to play next match with you as premade. If you played well and was friendly, they will have no problem playing with you ;)

6) How does it work if you are unranked

Every player with no matchmaking experience has to win 10 matches before getting his rank. He can either play alone or group with other 4 players (grouping with less players is not possible).
An unranked player will start playing with a default amount of ELO points. When he wins, he will play against player with a lot higher skill group, If he wins, he will gain a bigger amount of points and play against higher skilled groups. In order to achieve a higher rank, you have to win the early matches, that place you early against much higher ranks.
For example winning first 4 matches, then lose 4 matches and then 6 matches will give you a higher rank than losing the first 4 matches and the win all of the matches afterwards.

7) Don´t be a di*k about ranks

If you want to play with your friends, i doubt you will be all at the same skill/rank in CS:GO. It could happen, you´ll lose some games with your lower ranked friends and you drop easily even 2-3 your ranks in very short time (´cause you were supposed to win with your rank).
So you have 3 options:

1) Stay and play with your friends, play better than them, but have the same rank as them. You can enjoy your time with your friends without spending money/solving issues woth some second "smurf" account, but you have to face then the di*ks, who will laugh about your skill group.

2) Buy a second steam account and smurf games with your friends. You´ll be able to save your main account from de-ranking and still be able to play with your friends. But keep in mind, that smurfing is spoiling ranks and game enjoyment of your opponents, which is not a fair thing to do.

3) Stop playing with your friends and start to play with people in your or higher skill group. This option isn´t very friendly thing to do, but it could improve gaming experience for your friends and you.

And please, guys, don´t be such di*ks about ranks and don´t laugh at lower skill groups than you. Each and every player started somewhere and it´s really stupid to ruin the game for others by you being foul-mouthed. You´re only showing how stupid you are.

They learn CS:GO eventually, just wait

World War II games and their impact by GERMIA

Some games teach us to appreciate the common soldier
Do you know it´s 70 years from the end of the World War II in Europe today? I´m really into the history of this conflict and one of the factors, that played a role in my interest in it, were computer games, which are based in this war.

I have written this entry to introduce you into these games, that serve among other things to introduce young people into the history and reality of  WW II in a "fun way" (=by playing the game).
You could say these are only computer games, but it could help the people imagine, how it looked like and how it felt to be a soldier. This is really important and it teaches people to appreciate all soldiers (not only) from the WW II and it´s paying tribute to their achievements and efforts.

I am showing you screenshots from these FPS games, that feature the moments, which had a real impact on me (or should have on any other gamer) playing it. Be careful, there are lots of spoilers on the pictures, in the videos and in the text!

1) Wolfenstein 3D

Final boss - Adolf Hitler

One of the first games I played in my life was Wolf 3D. I played it with my older brother dividing the keyboard into two sections: I was shooting with mouse and opening doors, he was moving. One of the best moments in game was the final boss. I was Adolf Hitler himself dressed in an iron armor. It was a really good feeling to be able to kill him in game and hearing him say: "Eva, auf Wiedersehen!". It was a feeling of satisfaction and excitement. "How weird!"
Just look on the video (expert playing, it´s really hard to kill the boss):

2) Medal of Honor: Allied Assault

D-day on Omaha beach

The game, that had a huge impact on me as a player was Medal of Honor:Allied Assault. Not the whole game, but the mission on Omaha beach in Normandy. I really felt like i was there. The feeling of helplessness in the boat, from which was nowhere to flee, sick and praying soldiers all around you, sound of flying bullets next to your head. And the mist. You couldn´t see anything...
Each little black dot on this aerial picture from
D-Day Utah beach is a dead body of a soldier
You just ran out of the boat praying to make it to the fist anti-tank barrier and hide behind it. Dead soldiers everywhere, no medkits, no help, no axis soldier, that you can shoot and so help you from this situation, to be seen.
It was just you running in the mist from one barrier to another. In the middle of the beach, there was a medic taking care of a mad soldier, The only thing awaiting on the end of the barriers were machine-guns, snipers and mines. And the only chance for you was the moment of them reloading. It really left a big impression in me. This game taught me a lesson about being a soldier.
Just look at the walkthrough video. Even it is an old game and doesn´t look so real for us now than it looked for me when i was younger, it still serves like a good example of how it looked like:

3) Call of Duty 1

Stalingrad mission

The whole game Call of Duty 1 had a big impact on my life. It was the first online game I´ve played and it´s still my favourite online game so far.
The mission, that really left a mark on the player is the Stalingrad mission. The feeling of fear on the boat crossing the river Volga. That feeling was even more helpless than in MoH:AA. As you´re arriving to the city, you´re seeing other boats with your comrades being destroyed by playne bullets and bombing and you´re really fearing for your life. Your fellow soldiers try to escape from the boat and are shooted by the soviet commisars as traitors... As soon as you get out of the boat, you could get either a weapon, or only a bunch of bullets. Yes, that was a reality: The manufacturing of weapons was far behind on what the soldiers needed, so it could happen you were as a soviet soldier left on the field without weapon forced to search for some gun from your dead comrades. I´m not mentioning a lot of details like notes from the families on the pillars and other historically interesting facts.
The next mission is starting on the Red Square in the city of Stalingrad, where you had to run forward without a weapon facing the machine guns of your enemies. If you go forward, you have to hide a lot not to be killed and if you run back, you will be shot by soviet forces for treason. The only thing you can depend on are only the wast number of your comrades - that´s what really happened in there. "Maybe the enemy will shoot him and not me."

4) Call od Duty: World at War (5)

Stalingrad mission

In the fifth Call of Duty game, you´ll return in Stalingrad once again. You have to secretly kill a bunch of enemies with a sniper rifle. Together wit an epic soundtrack, it was the most impressive moment from the game and you get a feeling the live of you and your fellow soldier depends on your aim and abilities (finally!).
Just see yourself waking up in the middle of a fountain surrounded by dead soldiers seeing a german soldier making sure they´re dead. But it is you and your friend he forgets to shoot...

Both Stalingrad missions (in CoD1 and CoD:WaW) were probably inspired by the movie Enemy at the gates.

5) Return to castle Wolfenstein

Return to castle Wolfenstein was one of the games I´ve enjoyes the most. It was one of the first games, that had good enemy AI, great and suspense soundtrack and first stealth missions (i love stealth missions!). It has even elements, that are far beyond of what we could imagine Nazi Germany was capable of. And this portion of phantasy inserted in the background of a real war was something, that made this game original. You could fight female german special commando, surprise attack a compound with your silenced sten gun, fight nazi zombies or big mecha-soldiers with tesla weapons,...

This game is worth mentioning not even because it was a great game for its time, but it was the first game showing what could happen, if the secret research of Nazi Germany actually worked, or if the technology of this time was better. The Wolfenstein games are still making great WWII games exploring various possibilities, occult worlds or advanced technology in their franchise like the Wolfenstein 2009 with other dimensions and ghastly soldiers, Wolfenstein: New Order exploring the possibility of Nazis winning the war and accomplishing their research and Wolfenstein: Old Blood with time travel.

Helga von Bullow and her female commando

Here are some of my favourite missions:

  • Stealth mission: forest compound
Played it about 100+ times to make! :D
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k49vUGXGE10

  • Advanced technology mission: Ubersoldat
Once again, it seems really easy, but I had to play it several times :D
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQvBd1Zj-_4

  • Female commando mission + Helga von Bulow
Girls jumping and shooting! Though fight!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ULB9_Pp3TLs

6) Other WWII worth playing

H&D: You have to decide which soldier to take,
what to wear and what to equip before starting a mission.
  • Hidden and Dangerous
H&D introduced a great game by allowing you to choose and control 4 soldiers at once, dressing them up and equiping them with weapons and others stuff, riding vehicles, switching between aerial controlling, 3rd person view and first person view, giving commands and making the best strategic steps on every map. You have to be stealth most of the time, because the game was realistic even in the damage taken.
Second thing I like about this game is that it´s a czech game from czech developers containing a map taking place in Prague, Czech republic.

Wolfenstein is the kind of game i don´t want to miss. It has a lot of good ideas (secrets-you can finally use the gold from secrets to enhance weapons, eater eggs, phantasy worlds) and it can still surprise with new ideas and new gaming mechanisms. Just look at this animation from Wolfenstein 2009 - ghastly officer, that is capable of moving in different dimensions:

  • Mortyr

Mortyr is the first WWII game introducing the time-travelling possibility, that lead to destroying the whole world.

German dinosaur from Dino D-Day

  • Dino D-Day

Online multiplayer FPS game introducing dinosaurs, that helped Nazi war efforts. It´s a real fun to play in a group of friends!

These games, that I´m recommending all only the games I ´ve played and I personally like. There are a lot of other games from the WWII, which could be even better than the games I´ve mentioned. The whole list of WWII-themed games is here.

Dota 2 vs. LoL - which to choose? Beginner guide - GERMIA

$
0

Pudge (Dota2) vs. Vi (LoL)
Good depiction of both games: They are both so similar to be drawn
dueling each other, but still in alot of aspects far from each other
Dota 2 or League of Legends? That´s the neverending question I hear all around me. These 2 games are the most played MOBAs in CZ&SK. But a casual non-gamer would have a hard time telling the difference between these two games.
Both came from at least spiritually from the popular map of Warcraft III, Defense of the Ancients and are representatives of MOBA (Multiplayer online battle arena) games genre.

Why I wrote this entry?
As i am playing both games on my streaming channel bogs.tv/DATgermia, i get a lot of similar questions to: What MOBA is better, what i like about each game, what is a better game for a beginner, or if i can explain, how do these games function. So even these games are not my cup of tea and i admit i am not good at playing it, i decided to write this entry to answer these and more questions and help you to choose a game from these two, that suits YOU better.

Similarities of both games

Both games are FREE-TO-PLAY and offer a lot of (mainly cosmetic) microtransactions. The goal of both games is the same: You have to destroy the base of your enemy before the other team does.
You choose your hero and fight against other player´s heroes and computer-controlled monsters. You have to earn gold and experience to buy items and enhance your skills, that make your hero more powerful. The map is divided into two trinagles by water, that are connected with three lanes, monster-filled jungles with smaller paths. Each lane has two lane towers and each base has 5 towers with three barracks, that produce friendly monster in waves.
If it´s about this little Satan, Dota 2 and LoL became friends

Main differences of both games

Dota 2

  1. 1) Map is larger, more detailed and divided in different height levels. The "Radiant" (good guys, 1st team) side of the map is a flourishing bright forest, the other side of the map ("Dire" side = bad guys, 2nd team) is a wasteland without green spots. The map is divided by water. In the water, there are two places, where the runes (double-damage, haste, regeneration, bounty, ...) can be spawned.
  2. 2) Friendly monsters = creeps.
  3. 3) Your base = ancient.
  4. 4) Game characters = heroes.
  5. 5) Monster spawning structure = barracks. Barracks cannot be revived.
  6. 6) Guarding towers = towers.
  7. 7) Guarded spawning area = fountain.
  8. 8) More realistic graphical interpretation.
  9. You can choose from different roles by playing: carry, tank, support...
  10. 10) You can deny (kill your own) towers and creeps and sometimes yourself (suicide) to reduce the experience and gold gained by the opposite team.
  11. 11) You lose money, when you die - the game punishes you for bad performance.
  12. 12) You´re able to buy your items and still remain on your lane if you buy a courier or visit the side-lane shops or secret shops.
  13. 13) Minimalistic user interface for you skills (only a little graphical indicators of reach, spread or placement of your spell).
  14. 14) You are able too see everywhere in your reach or on the places you have your wards placed. Wards should be placed on strategic places like by runes, Roshan, jungle crossroads or higher places marked on the map.
  15. 15) All heroes are free to play for everyone.
  16. 16) Microtransactions in game could be used only to buy cosmetic items or point boosters (to gain your profile (not ingame) experience faster).
  17. 17) There are no items you can own prior match starts, that could give you a better chance to win.
  18. 18) There is one main neutral monster in the game (Roshan), that drops 200 gold to each player (and more for the one, who did last hit) and the item (Aegis of Immortal), that can revive a player from death within 5 minutes after picking it up, or the item Cheese (3rd time of killing the Roshan), that can restore your health and mana.
  19. 19) Max level of your character is 25.
  20. 20) You can play on only 1 map, if there are no special events.
  21. 21) There´s a buyback possibility if you die.
  22. 22) There is an armory (inventory) in Dota 2, where you can equip your hero with items or item sets, that you can combine freely and most of them sell on the steam market.
  23. 23) There is a possibility to design a new item in Dota 2 in Steam Workshop, that could be put in game.
Dota 2 map vs. LoL main map

League of Legends

  1. 1) Map is a forest on both sides of the map. There are a lot of monsters in the forest, you can kill, that give you money and different abilities. That´s one of the reasons, jungling (having a hero, that fights against neutral monsters in forest) is so much more important in LoL than in Dota 2. There are no side-lane shops or secret shops in LoL.
  2. 2) Friendly monsters = minions.
  3. 3) Your base = nexus.
  4. 4) Game characters = champions.
  5. 5) Monster spawning structure = inhibitors. Inhibitors can be revived.
  6. 6) Guarding towers = turrets.
  7. 7) Guarded spawning area = base
  8. 8) Slightly cartoonish graphical interpretation.
  9. 9) By playing you can choose from different roles and builds: AD (champion build - damaging by auto attacks), AP  (champion build - damaging by making spells), jungler (champion role -earning money and XP playing in the jungle and killing the neutral monsters), tank (champion role - taking a damage, defending the carries), support (champion role - helping carry by stunning the enemy, deflecting attacks, healing).
  10. 10) You cannot deny a creep or tower. The only way to gain money is to last-hit the minions or enemy champions, so the game is based more on farming than Dota 2.
  11. 11) You don´t lose money, when you die - the game is more friendly to beginner player by not taking money from them, when they die.
  12. 12) If you want to buy any items, you have to return to your base using a teleport spell or running back.
  13. 13) Very user-friendly interface for your spells. You could see the animation of the reach, spread or direction of your spell.
  14. 14) You are able too see everywhere in your reach except of bushes. So it´s important to place your vision wards into bushes and not onto strategic places (Roshan, runes) like in Dota 2.
  15. 15) All champions are free to play, but you have to wait on their rotation in the system, or buy them with real money or with the points you earn by playing the game.
  16. 16) Microtransactions in game could be used buy cosmetic items like skins for your champions or wards and for buying items, that could give you a headstart in the game (champion are free, but you have to earn points by playing to buy them, the same by runes, that enhance your skills in the game)
  17. 17) There are features, that can give you an advantage against a new or starting player. You can own  runes, more champions and masteries points prior match starts, that could give you a better chance to win.
  18. 18) There are two main neutral monster in the game: Baron and Dragon. Killing a Baron gives you experience and a buff inceasing your powers, killing a Dragon gives you a lot of experince.
  19. 19) Max level of your character is 18.
  20. 20) You can play on 4 maps, if there are no special events.
  21. 21) There´s no buyback possibility if you die.
  22. 22) There is no armory or inventory of your skins. If you own them, you can choose from them prior starting a game, but you can choose only from splasharts with no preview. Furthermore you can´t trade your skins or sell your skins, they stay on your account forever.
  23. 23) There is no possibility to influence or somehow design skins put in LoL.
Big neutral monsters: Baron (LoL), dragon (LoL) and Roshan (Dota 2)

Beginner problems

If you´re starting to play MOBA games, you´ll face a lot of problems as a beginner. You have to learn not only the gaming mechanics, but face a real multitasking, learn the hero spells, time rules, items and item+spells combinations and a lot more.
But which problems do you have to face, if you´re already a player of one of these games and you want to play the other one?

Dota 2

There are no bushes in Dota 2 aka A good Dota2 player likes it without a bush
What will you (maybe) like:

  • - You feel safer on a map without bushes!
  • - There are no limitations for you - you can choose every hero you like!
  • - You start a match and there is no chance your level or items cause you to be in some kind of disadvantage against your opponents
  • Orientation in heroes i easier, because every customization respects the heroe´s nature and color scheme.

What will you (maybe) dislike:

  • - You can lack the graphical interpretation of the skill (you cannot see the spread, reach, ... of your spell/skill)
  • - Denying creeps, controlling couriers, finding secret shops and buying items in the battlefield (together with last hitiing, watching the map, poking/killing opponents) could be very challenging for a LoL player
  • - Losing gold after dying is very frustrating for a newbie player
  • - There are a lot of usable items in game. Items in Dota 2 concentrate more on adding skill to your hero (adding mana, jumping skill, invisibility skill, lifesteal aura, hex, ...) than better-upping your skills in a passive way (like in LoL - not so many usable items). Fresh player could be overwhelmed by so many usable items together with last hitting, denying, ...
  • You have the in game camera nearer to your hero than in LoL. The field of view is narrower, smaller.
  • The minimap position and size sometimes inflicts a misshap by you clicking accidentally in map, when you want to flee form the battlefield and this click in the map returns you back.
Teemo (LoL) skins with very different colors, shapes, movement and spells animations
vs.
Death Prophet (Dota 2) item sets, that respect color scheme, nature of the hero and lack animations

League of Legends

What will you (maybe) like:

Graphical interface of
Braums (LoL) skills
  • - Graphical interpretation of your spells/skills give you decent hints what to do and that helps you to learn the skills (picture)
  • - It´s a lot easier to orient in game, because of fewer usable items, denying creeps, shopping only in base, only one type of shop, ...
  • - You will probably like the funny skins available for buy in game. (In Dota 2 it is not usual for any funny items to be approved into game, they have to respect an existing codex for making skins for each hero)

What will you (maybe) dislike:

  • - If you play against more experienced opponents, they´ll start the match with masteries and runes and you´ll have a disadvantage
  • - If you start playing LoL as a total newbie, you cannot choose any champions you like (they cost points, that you can earn in the game or real money), but you have to choose from a few champions, that are free and these rotation chamiopns change every week.
  • - From my point of view, I had problems orienting in spells/skills of the champions. LoL champions depend more on combination of skills (Cassiopeia poison+claws) and you have to know, if the skill is more skill (AD) or a spell (AP), to support it with right items.
  • - The skins for heroes doesn´t respect the color appearence (and appearence of spells) from default skin, sometimes it´s challenging to identify what spell is done by what hero (for example invisible spear from Headhunter Nidalee). In Dota 2 every item has to respect color scheme of the hero and only really rare (immortal, arcana) items can change appearance of the spells (and if yes, than only really slightly). (see picture)
  • - Apprehending the function of bushes could be hard from the start.
  • - Sometimes there are to many graphic elements in game that could be confusing.
  • - If you want to buy any skin from game, you have to choose only from splash arts with no in-game screens. In-game model very often doesn´t resemble the splash art.
Mecha Aatrox (LoL): Splasharts always look better than the skin in-game (and sometimes even don´t resemble it)

I hope you like my first entry about Dota 2 and League of Legends and if you have on mind, anything, that I´ve forgotten, feel free to comment and we can make this better together :)
Yours

What grinds Germia's gears #4 - CS:GO female cups (EN)

$
0
0
And that´s what really grinds my gears.
To organize an online gaming cup could not be an easy task. But organizing a cup for females could
be a lot harder than you think. Or isn´t it?

I have to say, i have participated in a lot of cups in CoD 1, CoD 4 and in CS:GO and i have seen both well organized and poorly organized cups. But the fact, that i have seen a lot of poorly organized tournaments lately, forced (or inspired?) me into writing this small guide for any organizer of a cup or tournament, even it is only from the view of a common player.

1) Learn from other cups and tournaments

If something functions, there is a reason why (it is just well made, well thought of), so if you´re trying to be somehow original, keep in mind it could harm your tournament and discourage future participants. If there are any rules, why think of new ones just for your cup? If there is a good system, why to think of a new one?
I don´t want to discourage you from innovations, but every innovation has to be well calculated and there has to be a reason, why there is an innovation. Use the rules, mappool or any other idea from other cups, change only things, that are not well made or you don´t like.

Example: Our team played a cup, that didn´t have a check-in prior cup start (caused lot of problems), there was no mappool like in other cups, the maps wer given by the admin (Dust2=OK, Mirage=OK, New Cobblestone= RLY?-not even in ESWC mappool, finals = third map is chosen by the admin - how strange?), there was no voicecheck, no written rules... Why not to learn from other female cups not to make mistakes like that?

2) Make sure you can do it in the given time

Choose your deadlines a terms wise. If you´re organizing your first tournament, there is no rush to organize it. Always have a plan B, but for planning twice, you need time. And if you want to offer some decent prize for the winner, you have to find some good sponzor and that takes time too!

Example: New qualification cup was planned and announced. Deadline to enter it was arranged in a week and the cup was planned in two weeks. The cup was poorly planned, bracket was built from teams, that entered in the first week and there was no check-in prior cup start. So there were a lot of changes, that related to time and opponents and the whole bracket had to be changed anyway. But it was changed so many times noone had a clear idea, what awaited the team for a match and when and even which map to play. Noone even knew, if the finals should be played that day or the day after...

3) Rules

Don´t forget to make detailed and meaningful written rules. Or just respect the first point i did and inspire from other cups and tournaments and copy their rules. But be careful to forget about something. It could cause a lot of problems and a lot of negative reactions from the players, that could be so disappointed not to take part on your tournaments anymore. The rules should be clear to everyone prior match starts, any changes has to be said both capitains of the teams.

Example: In a recent female cup, the rules were following:
"Coaches are allowed to be on servers. The matches must be played on ESL 5on5 config. One player from each team must record ts3 talks to avoid cheating*. Demos must be recorded."
Wow, what a detailed and meaningful rules description! Let´s look on the word meaningful: Why there is a coach allowed? It is not normal to have a coach enabled in an online tournament, in addition to it, why should be TS3 recorded, if there is anyway a guy=coach speaking? It is not a training to have coach there. It´s a game of five players, from which one of them is a strategic leader. With coach in there, it is a great advantage to have this on player be free from telling the strategies and thinking of them. It is like playing 6v5 then. Now let´s take a look on the word detailed: Map pool info is not included in the rules, but written in the continualy changing brackets, there were no info about playtime of finals, no info about stand-ins/hosts, no info about knives, no info about taking a pause, no info about time allowed to wait on a match, no info about amount of players needed to start a match, no info what to do if the server stops, on whose server to play (pings)... and much much more. My team had to start playing on a server, I´ve sent ours and everything was ok (but what if they didn´t like our server?), but then the capitain of the enemy team said: "Btw. we have a stand-in, one of our players couldn´t play, just letting you know." - I said like what? Just letting you know? You have to ask us for god´s sake! What is the host and why we don´t know about her? - "It´s blahblah, already allowed to play by admin, he´s my friend, you know." - Huh, things get stranger and stranger. So the admin allowed a player to stand in in the match against us not telling us a god damn word about that and that stand in is a freaking Global Elite rank. Mkay. Nice thing to find out prior match starting. So I´ve told her, it´s not polite to say it only to let me know, it´s polite to ask me and the same thing i´ve said to admin. Fortunately the stand in played like a sheriff and it was no problem playing against her. And fortunately, there weren´t any more problems during the matches, that we needed to solve with help of the rules, because unfortunately and obviously, there were none. There was just the word of the admin, that is apparently friend of our opponents (good thing to know, i say!).

4) Keep in mind special cheating precautions for female players

There are many cheating precautions in the game already. And if you´re playing cups organized by big gaming portals, there are special anti-cheats, that for example make screens of what you see during the match (ESL-Wire, ...). Additionaly you have to record your match demos in order to look on your in game performance. Check of Steam-ID´s should be a matter of course...
But if you´re a female player playing a cup only for females, there should be a check, if you are a real female and not only some guy playing for you. If you´re playing some esl cup, you have to play on a given teamspeak server, where the admins visit your room during the match and listen to your voices. That is called voicecheck. So checking at least STEAM-ID and voice of a female player should be a sure thing in cups like that. Sometimes some gaming portals demand even a real photo in the profile from female players to avoid any fake accounts.
Everytime getting beaten by an apparent unknown girl gamer

Example: In a recent female cup, there were no TS servers given, so admin said, every team has to record their TS conversations during the match and record the demo in game. What a great precaution of cheating! If there was a guy playing, noone could prove it. They could record some other match together and exchange it for the original match recording (noone speaks hungarian, or czech from the admin team, so how could they know?). In addition to that, a coach was able to be on the server during the match (I still cannot really comprehend why was this even possible...), so how could we know the guy, that you could surely hear on the teamspeak recording, didn´t play instead of some of the girls?

5) Casters

Casters are always a good thing for an online cup or tournament. Casters should orient themselves on female scene, should speak at least on of following languages: english (international), language of the first team, language of the second team. It would be nice if the casters were neutral by casting and if they are professionals and speak without cursing, laughing or making fun of players. Casters should know, what is their time schedule and what teams they will cast. Casting doesn´t mean only spectating (then it´s no need to have a caster, just send the gotv to the public), it actually involves commentary of the game.
A cup or tournament shouldn´t be subordinated to the time management of casters, the players are the most-important participants.

6) Admin team

Mkay, admin
The admin team has to be present and visible during the whole cup. It should controll the whole cup schedule, inform the teams about changes personally and update the data to inform the public constantly (but not spam). The information given should be always final and the changes kept to minimum. So don´t inform everyone about a change if the change is not confirmed, don´t organize a tournament, if you´re not able to be present and solve eventual problems. The admin team is there to keep track of following the rules, not to invent the rules on the place. The admin team should be neutral and their decision should be neutral as well.

7) Give decent information about the cup prior the start

All the information should be clear, well-arranged and complete prior the cup starting. As I´ve already written above, the info should be always final, changes too. If there is always a change in something, it could confuse and enrage the players and discourage them from taking part on your cup.
So what you should always say to the participants and public:
1) General info
What is the cup for? In which game? Is it only for female players? Is this only a small night cup or is is a qualification? If it is a qualification, how many qualifications there will be? For what tournament? Is it online or offline? Which teams are already qualified? How many slots are in the main tournament? Who is organizing it? ...
2) Time
When is the cup? How long will it take? Is is Bo1 or Bo3? When does it start? When is the second qualification? Are the finals played the same day? When will be played the main tournament? ...
3) Info source
Where we could find the best and actual info about the cup? Where we could speak to the admins? (Please, choose always only one place to tell info, don´t spam the info, the important thing should be always on top)
4) Rules
Where are the written rules? What rules are there - mappool, stand-ins, cfg, anticheat, servers, ...?
5) Prizes
Why are we competing in the cup? What is the purpuose of the cup? Are there any prizes - online steam gifts or skins, games, hardware, money, or only prestige?

I hope you like my entry!

Dota 2 vs. LoL - cosplayers viewpoint by GERMIA

Shyvanna (LoL) vs. Dragon Knight (Dota 2) - Who will win?

As a cosplayer, that playes both Dota 2 and League of Legends, I stand between two camps and have sometimes problems, which character from which game to choose.

I have already made one League of Legends character, Vayne, that i really love and i think she suits me. I would like to make as mayn different characters form as many different games i can, but i somehow tend to like the League of Legends characters the most. And I am not the only one. There is a lot more LoL cosplayers than Dota 2 cosplayers (not only) in CZ&SK. Why is it so? Let´s take a look:

Heroes vs. Champions

It´s more attractive to cosplay a sexy women than a dwarf creature
There are many similarities between a lot fo champions and heroes, but this is for another entry. Now I want to take a look on  why are the LoL characters so much more cosplay-attractive. So we start by pure numbers:

1) Number of characters

League of Legends has 124 champions, Dota 2 has 110 champions: As a cosplayer you want to choose a character, that fits you well. Both games offer a  wide spread of different characters to choose from, so it is a little better selection in LoL.

2) Number of female characters

League of Legends has 37 female characters, Dota 2 has only 15 female characters. As a female cosplayers, I want to choose primary from female character, than make a crossplay (I´m not really a fan of crossplay myself). And it´s true, that in League of Legends, there is a lot more female characters to choose from (I don´t count Rek´Sai and similar "females"). (Hope I counted well - 05/2015)

3) Number of human-like and non human-like characters

I´ve made a little overview of Dota 2 and League of Legends characters on the end of this entry. I´ve divided heroes and champs into groups and if you look into groups non-human like and human-like, League of Legends has about 45 champions in both categories, so it´s much easiers to pick a character, that looks like a human and doesn´t need any prosthetics and other stuff, than in Dota 2, where we find only about 15 characters in human-like category and about 80 heroes in non human-like category.

4) Difficulty of cosplays

Look into the overview once more. There are two categories, that count characters, that need mounts or wings construction. In Dota 2, there are much more characters with mounts and wings than in League of Legends. So it´s pretty hard to choose a character in Dota 2 if you´re afraid of making wing construction or don´t know how to make a mount.

There are a lot of heroes on mounts in Dota 2

Sejuani cosplay by Britthebadger

The mount is always a problem, even in League of Legends, but take a look on this LoL cosplay example on the pictures above. The pictures are a cosplay of Sejuani by Britthebadger. She´s really the first cosplayer I´ve seen on a real man made mount, that was in fact a big fur costume for a person. But if you don´t have money/friend/skill to make yourself a real mount, you can make a baby of your mount from a fur (like she did too), or go without a mount (that´s a pitty, but sometimes there´s no other chance).

Luna cosplay by Desireeska on a statue and Keeper of the Light cosplay by Lumi on a real horse

On the second picture, there are two Dota 2 cosplays, Luna by Desireeska and Keeper of the Light by Lumi. Luna has found a great spot to take picture of her: on a statue of a lion and Lumi took it to the next level: he made his cosplay complete by taking a real horse on a photoshoot.

Second problem could be the non-human/half-human characters. It´s a real challenge to make a hero like Lifestealer with a lot of teeth all over his face, or a hero like enchantress with half her body human and half of her body deer, But take a look on these pictures, where you can see some examplest of solving this problem. First there is a cosplay of Enchantress by day4off, but the picture shows only her upper body and the cosplayer didn´t have to solve the problem with deer body. Next to this awesome cosplay, there is a real original deer body for Enchantress. Next examples are from League of Legends. Nami by Pizoobie solved her problem with her fish tail by designing original dress with bottom part looking like water and hiding her legs. Jadefang Cassiopeia by Lady Misterya made her prosthetic tail as a combinantion of her sewing and crafting skills. It´s half a dress and half a moving marionette.

5) Item sets vs. skins

There´s a big difference in customizing your characters between both games.
In Dota 2 you can choose from lots of different item sets and change your heroes hair, weapon, mount, dress, or even tattoos separately. The item sets are just bundles of items, that fit together. The items approved for use in game respect the nature of each hero and have to respect the color scheme of the hero. In most cases, they lack animations. You can preview your hero in game andy equip him in in-game armory. From the view of a cosplayer, the item sets represent an aspect of free will (you can pick from a lot of combinations and a lot of items), but even the item sets could be very beautiful, they are all approximatelly the same challenge, the same level of difficulty, so there´s no way both beginner cosplayer and a master cosplayer would both choose this as a cosplay plan.
In League of Legends you can buy only skins for your champion, that change the whole outfit and appearance of your champion. The skins don´t respect any codex of the character, so you can one champion dressed as a bunny, zombie, witch, football player, basketball player, pirate or a soldier. These interesting and funny skins attract more players into the game and into the cosplaying the characters. Furthermore the skins are differently complicated for a cosplayer to make. There are really complex skins, that are hard to make and are a challenge even for an experienced cosplayer and there are skins that are quite easy to make and are good for beginner cosplayers (Bilgewater Katarina vs. Red Card Katarina). One difficulty is with splasharts, because skins are only available to buy by viewing a splashart picture made by an artist. Sometimes, the splashart picture doesn´t 100% resemble the skin in game and that could cause some difficulties by cosplaying.

Death Prophet (Dota 2) item sets vs. Katarina (LoL) skins
LoL: very different colors, shapes, movement and spells animations
vs.
Dota2: item sets, that respect color scheme, nature of the hero and lack animations

6) Propagation

League of Legends invest money and space for propagation of cosplaying activities making for example official Riot international online contests for LoL cosplayers (for example click HERE), or contests on regional level (Pragoffest 2015),
I haven´t seen any similar propagation of Dota 2 in our country.
On top of that is League of Legends much better in propagation of their champions. There are a lot of cinematics made by Riot and even thematic instrumentations for some heroes. Dota 2 has made some cinematics too, but they are not as good as League of Legends cinematics so far. There are actually more cinematics fromo League of Legends including cinematics made only for the songs dedicated to some champions (see beautifly animated Amumu song HERE).

Let´s take a look on all heroes and champions. I´ve divided them into groups, that tell us, which champ/hero needs a mount, wich one needs any complicated construction, full body mask or body paint, ... These groups tell us for example, that if you choose hero with  red skin color, as a cosplayer you´ll have to buy a red body color and paint yourself and that is not really anything comfortable...

CS:GO knife guide by GERMIA

$

0

The most valuable item you can own in CS:GO nowadays is a knife. There are a lot of types of knives with different exteriors, patterns, colors and animations.

I´ve made a small guide through everything you wanted to know about knives:

1) How to get a knife

- open a case
- buy it on steam market
- try trading less valuable items for more valuable ones

2) What knives could i get

There are 7 different types of knives, that you can own in game. I will now make a small overview of them:

1) GUT KNIFE

Gut knife is based on a real life Buck Knives Aplha Hunter model knife with guthook.
It´s most notable feature is the gut hook on the blade used for cutting throught fibrous materials. It´s a smaller knife with wooden handle.
Gut knife could be dropped from all cases except Falchion case, Operation Breakout cas and Huntsman case.
It´s one of the cheapest knives on steam market, because it´s not quite attractive looking as teh other knives and the animations are pretty boring. In addition to that, the gut knife is one of the most dropped knives.

2) FLIP KNIFE

Flip knife is based on a real life Benchmade 860 Bedlam Folding knife. It´s a folding persian style knife. It´s curved blade could be hidden in the handle.
Flip knife could be dropped from all cases except Falchion case, Operation Breakout cas and Huntsman case.
It´s one of the cheapest knives on steam market, because it´s not quite attractive looking as teh other knives and the animations are pretty boring. In addition to that, the gut knife is one of the most dropped knives.
Positive thing about flip knives is their overall better look in all qualities. Sometimes it could happen, that a Filed-tested flip knife could look same(/better) like Minimal Wear.

3) FALCHION KNIFE

Falchion knife is based on a real life Cold Steel Espada L. It is a opening knife inspired by Flachion sword.
Falchion knife could be dropped only from Falchion case,
It´s a better equivalent to a flip knife, but athe majority of players don t like the look of the knife, even it has a great animation. That´s why he dropped to the cheapest knives available.
It has one bonus animation, when the knife is balancing on the palm of your hand.

 4) HUNTSMAN KNIFE

Huntsman knife is based on a real life  Mtech USA Xtreme MX-8054, It´s a tactical survival knife with a special point Tanto for maximal penetration and it measures 11 inches.
Huntsman knife could be dropped only from Huntsman case,
It´s one of the best-looking knives in the game and its value is not so high at the moment. It´s the fourth cheapest knife and that´s because its "boring" animation taken fron Gut knife.
I personally think Huntsman knife is the best knife in the game and I love the animation too, but it´s not the favourite one of the cs:go community.
We can expect the knife value will rise because of Hunstman cases, that aren´t dropped in game anymore.

5) BAYONET KNIFE

Bayonet knife is inspired by real-life knife Smith & Wesson SW2B and it´s a representative of higher middle class knifes. From the WWII is its look unchanged and it is one of the most used military knives.
Bayonet knife could be dropped from all cases except Falchion case, Operation Breakout cas and Huntsman case.
It is not a cheap knife but it doesn´t belong to the most expensive ones. Its average look is balanced by a great looking animation. And its price is higher because of its lower drop rate from cases.
Negative aspect of Bayonet knife is its very bad look of other qualities than Factory New. The wearing-out of the lower skin qualities like Minimal Wear and Field-Tested is really apparent.

6) M9 BAYONET KNIFE

M9 Bayonet knife is based on real-life knife Smith & Wesson SW3B.
M9 Bayonet knife could be dropped from all cases except Falchion case, Operation Breakout cas and Huntsman case.
It´s one of the  more expensive knifes with good animation and compared to simple Bayonet it has a tuned up, manlier look. Drop rate of it is really low.

7) BUTTERFLY KNIFE

Butterfly knife is based on Terry Guinn´s Gargoyle (balisong) and it´s a higher class knife in CS:GO. It could be opened like fan and its blade could be hidden inside hollow knife handles and the size of the knife yould be decreased this way. The butterfly knife could be easily hidden because of its size, so it´s forbidden in a lot of countries.
Butterfly knife could be dropped only from Operation Breakout case.
It is one of the more expensive knives with two great animations, that appear randomly. Both animations are really good and favourite of the community. That adds to the value of the knife.

8) KARAMBIT KNIFE

Karambit knife is based on real-life United Honshu Karambit, that comes from a tradition of  martial arts with knifes from Indonesia. It´s a smaller curved knife, that mimics a tiger claw, that could be easily hidden inside a palm of a hand and only the blade sticks out and it´s barely visible. Karambit in the game has a pistol grip and it´s one of the best, most valuable and most precious knifes.
Karambit knife could be dropped from all cases except Falchion case, Operation Breakout cas and Huntsman case.
One of a kind animation adds to the high value of the knife.

Skins and patterns of CS:GO knives

I´ve written a guide into patterns, that you can read here:
http://aimreg.blogspot.cz/2015/04/csgo-weapon-patterns-guide-by-germia.html

Principles from this article could be applied to knifes too.

In the article you cannot find this overview from the least desired skins to the most desired ones:

1) Least desired skins and patterns:

Safari Mesh
Forest DDPAT
Urban Masked
Boreal Forest
Scorched

2) Lower desirablity:

Stained
Rust Coat

Cosplay guide by GERMIA - Lenses

$
0
0
Today I want to talk about contact lenses for your cosplay.
When you´re choosing your cosplay, pay attention to the eyes of the character  you´re choosing. It makes a BIG difference if you use a good kind of lenses for your costume - it adds your costume a wow factor as you can see on the picture.

It´s hard to deal with contact lenses, so I´ve decided to make you a list of steps to follow when you´re buying them and using them:

1) BUYING:

a) DIOPTER

Choose the right diopter for you - If you have to wear glasses, there are lots of colored lenses with diopters too. If you have to wear glasses for example with -3.75 diopter, I´m sure you´ll find colored lenses, that offer at least the ones with -3,5 or -4 diopters. Don´t buy lenses without diopter, if you have to wear glasses! Noone wants to come across a blind cosplayer :D
(There are even lenses for special eye-corrections, but i doubt they come in colored variants)

b) DURABILITY

Keep in mind, that there are different types of lenses in terms of durability. You can choose different kinds from 1-day lenses to one-year lenses and it´s important to read how long you can wear them and if you have to put them off at night. The durability then influences the price too.

c) PRICE

Price is determined by durability of the lenses, if you can wear them by sleeping too (oxygen permittivity)  and their special effects (coloring, UV crazy lenses, ...)

d) REVIEWS

A lot of e-shops offering lenses offer to write/read reviews of prevous owners. It´s important to read these and comepare them with your own experience. It really helps you to choose the right lenses for you. Buying lenses is always tricky - you can buy a new kind and then realize they´re inflicting pain, don´t fit too well or other problems. If you have problems like that, I recommend consulting buying lenses with an optician. Opticians often offer lens samples, that can help you choose the right type of lenses for you.
From my experience, it´s wise to buy lenses with good reviews, cause the chance of fitting is great. I once bought a pair from an unknown company and i wore them once. After putting them off, my eyes were red and even i invested less money than in my usual type, i lose a lot because i couldn´t wear them at all.

e) ACCESSORY

Lotion and case
Every contact lens needs to be stored somewhere when you go to sleep (except 1-day lenses, that you throw away after one day of wearing or high-oxygen lenses, that you don´t have to remove for sleep - but i doubt you find colored lenses like that). For this purpose you have to buy contact-lenses-lotion and contact-lenses-case. Sometimes you get a free case with larger lotion. I don´t think there  are any great advices in that field, but if you´re using lenses regularly, it´s good to switch between different lotions sometimes.

Pliers
Some people are using special pliers to handle with lenses, but I think it´s safer, easier and faster to use your own, washed hands.

Eye drops
It´s not necessary for anyone to have eye drops when you wear your lenses. It´s only for some people, that suffer pain or are irritated by wearing lenses - just for comforting the eye.

2) WEARING:

a) Don´t buy used lenses and don´t borrow your lenses - it´s not hygienic and you can catch a disease in worst case scenario.

b) If you bought colored lenses, there is a chance it can limit/modify your vision. It´s not wear them by driving and other activities, that demand your full attention.

c) Don´t wear your lenses significantly longer than you should or you can hurt your eyes,

e) Different types of cosplay lenses:

Toning lenses (5)

Toning lenses are see-through lenses with slight coloring on the iris part, the pupil is transparent. The main purpose of this kind of lenses is only to tone the eye to change it´s color, but still look natural. I hate this kind of lenses, because i have dark eyes and a lot of types just don´t have enough color to tone my dark brown color enough. It´s really important to read a lot of reviews prior buying lenses like that to find out how covering they really are.
I´ve bought purple toning lenses for my cosplay of Ravenborn LeBlanc and they don´t make my eyes that purple, so I can wear them normally.

Colored lenses (6)

Colored lenses are see-through lenses with rich coloring on the iris part, the pupil part is transparent. . They should completely cover the natural color of your eye, but be careful, they can limit your vision, especially your field of view.
I wear them for my cosplay of Headhunter Caitlyn (red) and for my cosplay of Demon Hunter (white with black border).

Fully colored lenses (3)

Fully colored lenses are lenses with rich coloring on the iris part and slight coloring on the pupil part. They strikingly limit the vision! Some lenses have only a small see- through hole for the pupil, some lenses are milky and you see like through mist and some have a net with really small holes in it.
These lenses are used for cosplays like Storm form X-men, zombies and vampires, blind people, character with glowing eyes, ...

Bigger and sclera lenses - 17 mm - 22 mm (1, 2)

Bigger and scleral lenses are lenses with larger diameters - 17-22 mm. Smaller are used for highlighting your eyes and making them look bigger and they´re great for anime characters. Sclera lenses with 22 mm diameter are used to change to color of the whole eye for dark characters, dragons, or Queen of Blades from Starcraft, ...
They´re really hard to put on/off and really uncomfortable.

UV lenses (4)

UV lenses look like normal colored lenses, but start to shine under UV light. They can be used in cosplay too if you somehow import you UV light into your helmet to make your eyes shine - like the Lich King on the picture created by https://www.facebook.com/OCDcreations (no photoshop on the picture). Otherwise they´re great for UV parties or Halloween parties.

3) MY COSPLAY LENSES

As I´m quite a fresh cosplayer I don´t have many lenses now. But I can show you which lenses I´m using just for example. I´m linking to different shops, because I don´t want to promote any special shop. All offered shops are great.

1) casual lenses
As I´m blind af, i have to wear glasses or contact lenses. Normally I am wearing Air Optix lenses for one month in a package of 3 pairs.
Specs:
-3,75 diopters, curving 8,60, diameter 14,2 mm.
http://www.vasecocky.cz/air-optix-aqua.html

2) Demon Hunter lenses
For my first cosplay of Vayne from League of Legends, I didn´t need any lenses, because the character is wearing glasses and noone knows her eye color (and it´s not important). So my premier with lenses was with Demon Hunter. Her eyes are glowing in game and trailer and it depends on the source, but I could have used red lenses (her eyes shine red in the trailer), milky white lenses, white lenses (her eyes shine white in the game), UV lenses (but how to implement UV light without a helmet) or none from these (her eyes don´t always shine).
I´ve decided, that the lenses called White zombie would be a good choice and i think I´ve chosen the right ones. They are not so limiting as milky white ones and they make a good WOW effect.
Specs:
-3,5 diopters, curving 8,60, diameter 14 mm.
http://www.cocky-online.cz/crazy-colourvue-trimesicni-dioptricke-2-cocky

3) Ravenborn LeBlanc

For my third cosplay of Ravenborn Leblanc I needed rich purple lenses, but unfortunatelly I couldn´t find any purple lenses with rich color and the right amount of diopters. So I had to buy only a toning lenses, that make my eyes purpelish.
Specs:
-3,75 diopters, curving 8,60, diameter 14 mm.
http://www.vasecocky.cz/colourvue-glamour.html

4) Headhunter Caitlyn
For my fourth cosplay of Headhunter Caitlyn I´ve decided to use red lenses, even the in-game model has blue eyes as I´m working with Zeronis´ concept art. I´ve chosen simple red colored lenses called Red devil.
Specs:
-3,5 diopters, curving 8,60, diameter 14 mm.

I hope my guide helps you by choosing the right lenses for your cosplay :)

Něžné pohlaví v herním světě #1 - Nízký počet hráček

$

A nyní už k tomu, co mě motivovalo napsat tyto články:

3) Probíhající "nábor" na zaplnění chybějícího místa v našem týmu eSuba.ladies CS:GO a pozorovaný růst domácí ženské scény.
5) Absence jakýchkoliv turnajů, offline i online, pro ženskou CS:GO scénu, a to zahraniční i domácí.

Women in gaming #1 - Why are there so few of them? (EN)

$

0
Several events in recent time has motivated me to write a series of articles dedicated to female players and answer such questions as why there are so few female gamers, why don't they reach to men's performances in gaming, or how should the female and male behave to each other.

And now: What motivated me to write these articles:

1) The article about female players, that stated women can't achieve such performance in e-sports as men do, because they have a "different brain".
2) The leave of my long-time teammate kRAViCkA_ from my team eSuba.ladies and both negative and positive people's reactions to this fact.
3) The ongoing "recruitment" to fill the missing spot in our team eSuba.ladies CS: GO and observed growth of domestic women's scene.
4) The report on my fb page for support of female players in the game itself, in which the face of bullying by male players.
5) Deficiency of any tournament, offline and online, for the female CS: GO scene, both foreign and domestic.

1) Women and computer games - why are there so few of  them?

My whole online-gaming career, (that started about 9 years ago, in my 16, when I had finally technical support to go online - otherwise I play games from an early age), I¨ve always heard similar questions, Even I myself have thought about similar questions before. So: Why are there so few women in online games? Are computer games rather a male hobby? And if yes, then why?
A lot of people before me searched for the answers to these questions, and research shows, that the computer games are played by more than 40% of women. Thus, the numbers are not so unequal, are they?!

The problem probably lies only in the type of games most women play. And like every product specifically produced for a particular group (car, that looks like shopping bag for women vs. sports cars for men, romantic movies for women vs. action movies for men, etc.) - this simple market determination functions by computer games as well. They come in various types and each type is targeted on a specific group of people. For example, action, strategy games, and certain types of simulators are being developed primarily for men (Call of Duty, Red Alert, World of Tanks), social  games and certain types of simulators for women (Sims Wildlife Park), and then there are other games, for example for children and younger audiences are developed games with not so high skill-demands that are used to develop thinking and creativity. Logical and card games are then universal for all groups. And even the products target specific audiences, there are also men who drive the Nissan Micra, watch the movie Notting Hill and play The Sims, and there are women driving BMW Z4, loving Expendables franchise and playing CS: GO. And that's just because your interests are not determined by your sex, but a majority of both women and men have a tendency to tend somewhere.

So you can simply explain why when you play Starcraft ,2 Dota 2, or CS: GO, you will meet female player at an estimated maximum of ten percent of (and I probably overrated even this number). This does not mean that women aren't interested in computer games. It means, that the majority of women doesn not play exactly the kind of game like you, simply because Farmville may be more attractive for them. They may not even know computer games can be played online, and perhaps they do not even know the concept of e-sport, because they didn't encountered online gaming or e-sport at all. This situation could be changed  by penetration of e-sports in major media. At first as entertainment for a samller circle of people, and eventually even entertainment for the masses, after all, e-sport is a sport too (although, can we speak about entertainment for smaller circle of people? Maybe these pictures from recent European gaming action speak for themselves: IEM Katowice 2015 ESL One Cologne 2015 Dreamhack Open Cluj-Napoca 2015 Road to Blizzcon Prague 2015)

In my next article I want to answer the ongoing question: "Why there are gaming tournaments divided into women's and men's? Is it possible for female players to play like male players?
Hope you'll like it!

Payday 2 - Be the sniper/healer! skill tree by GERMIA #1

$
0
0
After receiving a lot of messages to share with you my skill trees in Payday 2, I´ve decided to write these three guides into my spending of experience points into skills and show you this way, what i like to play the most. I think you can inspire yourselves with what i did and have a better enjoynment of the game because of it ;)

This skill tree is made for leaders of the team with special abilities for boosting their team, using their skills for persuasion and intimidation of enemies and hostages. I made this skill tree oriented on sniper weapon and single-shot assault rifles with boosted doctor bag. If you combine the skill tree with Gambler perk, you can function as a healer for your team.

You can view this skill tree online by CLICKING HERE.

WHAT IS THIS SKILL TREE ABOUT:

- allows you to revive your teammates just by shouting at them from the near distance (75% success) and you revive them 50 % faster. Reviving gives you both bonuses.
- The only boosted deployable equipment in the skill tree is doctor bag. You have two of them and they can give 4 charges. One thing I have
- Your skill support the use of single shot weapons, sniper rifles and assault rifles and pistols (as secondary weapon).
- You have 6 cableties to be able to controll the mission even when your group is not full and there are a lot of civilians.
- When standing near a tied-down hostage, he can give you ammo and health.
- Having at least one hostage gives you health.
- You have strong intimidation, you can even intimidate some enemies into a hostage (in stealth) or persuade them to fight on your side. They could be then traded for your teammate in custody. It´s great for tough mission with no civilians in sight.
- You have good movement speed and stamina,
- You skills are giving stability bonuses to your weapons.
- Your  armor recovery is better
- You can use your primary weapon in bleedout.
- You are made for carrying bags - you carry them as fast as it could be boosted and you interact with them as fast as it could be boosted, your throwing skill is boosted too.

OTHER NECESSARY COMPONENTS:

1)
This skill tree is best to combine with following perk decks:
 - Gambler- by picking up ammo, you heal yourself and your teammates.
 - Crew chief - headshot damage, bonuses for the whole team - stamina and health
(- Hitman - akimbo skill (using 2 pistols), armor recovery.)

2) Make sure you´re using proper weapons for this skill tree. Best weapon you can use is M308 rifle with scope (picture), but if you buy DLC like Gage weapon sniper pack, then you can use different types of single-shot rifles or sniper rifles (I recommend R93 sniper rifle), with DLC Gage weapon pack #01, you can make a sniper rifle from any assault rifle by buying sigle-shot modification (picture) and scope, and with DLC´s Western pack and Ninja pack, you can get more sniper rifles.
Nice addition to that is a strong pistol with high damage like Desert Eagle or Bronco revolver.

3) This skill tree needs to be used with doctor bags - It´s the only boosted deployable equipment in the skill tree: You have two of them and they can be used 4 times.

Other alternatives of this skill tree:

Tough healer by Majoji:

If you're missing the ability to last long under enemy fire and want to have more armor, this skill tree is just for you. It's combining healer/tank/sniper skills.
You can find it IN THIS LINK.

HEISTS:

Best useful is this skill tree on following heists:
1) Heists, that lack civilians, so you cannot trade your teammate - converting an enemy can solve this problem (White Christmas, Rats, Art gallery)
2) Heists, where you have to shoot on long distances (Meltdown, Train heist)
3) Really tough heists, that require someone, who can revive teammates fast and can help you by converting enemies. (Hoxton breakout, Slaughterhouse, all loud heists (on Deathwish difficulty))

I hope you like this guide I made with a little help of my more experienced friends. Keep in mind, it´s something, that fits my gameplay, it´s not an universal guide into Payday and enjoy!
Yours germia :)

What grinds Germia's gears #3 - Nevděk (CZ)

$
0
0
And that´s what really grinds my gears.

1) Všude slevy 85 % a 65 %?
Kde? Mkay.

2) Rozdávání klíčů k SW a hrám

"Screw this, taken!"

3) Jiné soutěže

A zase nechám za vše mluvit komentáře:
":,("
"*** nejrůznější nadávky ***"
"so cheap skins you give away"
"i wanna win :("

Poděkování

Honorable mentions

Payday 2 - Be the ghost! skill tree by GERMIA #2 (EN)

$
0
0
After receiving a lot of messages to share with you my skill trees in Payday 2, I´ve decided to write these three guides into my spending of experience points into skills and show you this way, what i like to play the most. I think you can inspire yourselves with what i did and have a better enjoynment of the game because of it ;)

This skill tree is made for stealth scenario only with rather small tweaks to help if the scenario goes loud (akimbo, Valkyria). It´s oriented on concealment, movement speed, silent kills, ECM jammers blocking electronics and lockpicking. The main weapons are silenced pistols, so you can be the ghost of the team - the one, that kills without being seen or leaving a trace.

You can view this skill tree online by CLICKING HERE.

WHAT IS THIS SKILL TREE ABOUT:

- The only boosted deployable equipment in the skill tree are the ECM jammers. You have two of them and they can be used to open certain doors, ATM´s, have increased duration and delay the pager response time.
- If you´re doing a stealth mission, destroying a camera is a risk, because it could be noticed by guards. This skill tre allows you to apply a camera loop by standing under it and interacting with the camera. Then the camera doesn´t see anything for 20 seconds. Best for using against undestroyable cameras in Deathwish difficulty.
- Adds the value to all items you pick up, so it´s best to be the one in your group to pick up money packs, jewellery and other smaller loot.
- You are made for carrying bags - you carry them fast, you interact with them fast, you throw them really far.
- You can mark guards and cameras by pressing F if you see them even in casing mode (without mask).
- You can pick up smaller things like cards, money packs in casing mode.
- Your lockpicking speed is boosted and you can even lockpick some smaller safes.
- Your movement speed is boosted.
- Your skills support the use of silenced weapons and pistols.
- You have increased concealment of melee weapons and your whole concealment is increased.
- While standing still, you automatically highlight people around you in 10 meter radius.
- You have 6 cableties to be able to controll the mission even when your group is not full and there are a lot of civilians.
- You can unlock a Spotter asset before some mission, that installs spy cameras, that highligh enemies for you to see.
- You can run and aim at the same time.

OTHER NECESSARY COMPONENTS:

1)
This skill tree is best to combine with following perk decks:
 - Hitman - akimbo skill (using 2 pistols), armor recovery.
 - Burglar (Clover character pack DLC) - higher chance to dodge enemy fire, better chance not to be spotted by enemy,

2) Make sure you have your weapons modified before using! If you shoot a weapon without silencer in stealth, the sound will alert the guards and scare civilians. Keep in mind, that you want to reach the lowest concealment number, that determines the time to spot you. If you don´t want to be spotted, equip, pistols, smaller weapons and small melee weapons with  high concealment number (high by weapons, low by overall number)

3) If you want to succeed your mission even if your stealth mission turns loud, it´s good to equip on
of the following weapons:
- If you own DLC Sokol character pack, his automatic rifle Valkyria could be modified to reach the concealment of pistols (picture). You have a higher damage weapon, that doesn't handicap you in stealth.
- Second alternative is using Hitman perk with akimbo skill, that allows you to equip 2 pistols as a primary weapon. Great choice is to equip Desert eagles with microlaser and silencer (picture). You have then one of the highest damage dealing weapons in game, that could kill even a special enemy in one shot. But to reach better concealment number, you can equip some smaller pistols as akimbo too.

4) This skill tree needs to be used with ECM jammers - It´s the only boosted deployable equipment in the skill tree: You have two of them and they can be used to open certain doors, ATM´s, have increased duration and delay the pager response time.

HEISTS:

Best useful is this skill tree on all heists you need to do stealthy.
I can mention some of the hardest heists, where you can apply some of my proven strategies:
1) Big Bank - one partner takes a mask, second using this skill tree marks enemies, takes card, searches for keys and computers in casing mode.
2) First world bank - same strategy as Big Bank, the second one takes mask as late as in the safe.
3) GO Bank/Bank heist - fast lockpicking allows you to open deposit boxes silently and faster than usual.
4) Shadowraid - Spotter asset, marking guards and cameras, fast interacting with bags, camera loop, fast movement and intimidation of guards can help you make this heist smoothly on Deathwish.
5) All other stealthy heists

OTHER ALTERNATIVE OF THIS SKILL TREE:

You can edit this skill tree to help you with drilling in stealth scenario. Enhancing drilling skills give you faster drilling with a chance to restart itself when stuck. This could be done by decreasing the time for camera loop (from 20 seconds to 10 seconds) and deleting some skills for precision and damage of silenced weapons.
The edited skill tree for drilling can be viewed online here.e1449138862994883

I hope you like this guide I made with a little help of my more experienced friends. Keep in mind, it´s something, that fits my gameplay, it´s not an universal guide into Payday and enjoy!

Payday 2 - Be the ghost! skill tree by GERMIA #2 (CZ)

To znamená balíčkům peněz, prstýnkům, šperkům, zlatým cihličkám, bankomatům a dalším podobným věcem.
- Stráže a kamery lze označovat i v casing módu (tedy před nasazením masky).
- V casing módu lze sbírat menší věci (karty, klíče).
- Máte zvýšenou rychlost pohybu a výdrž.
- Jste experti na otevírání zámků - ty jsou otevírány rychleji a máte možnost otevřít i některé trezory.
- Vaše skilly podporují použití zbraní s tlumičem a pistolí.

Když totiž vystřelíte zbraň bez tlumiče, její zvuk upoutá stráže a vystraší civilisty (a spustí alarm).

1) Big bank- jeden partner si nasadí masku a druhý mu pomáhá označovat nepřátele, brát karty a hledat správný počítač v casing módu.

2) First world bank - stejná strategie jako Big Bank, druhý parťák si vezme masku

3) GO Bank/Bank heist - rychlé otvírání zámků vám umožní odemykat depozitář tiše a rychleji.

4) Shadowraid - v této misi je dobré zakoupit Spotter asset, v bezvýchodných situacích pomůže i camera loop, rychlá interakce z taškami a velká rychlost pohybu.

Clover - Payday 2

1) Why I chose to make this costume:

Not a long ago I started playing Payday 2 with my friends. I played Payday:The Heist before, but wasn't so excited about this prequel as much asi I am now with sequel. I started to play Payday 2 with guys, which are enjoying the game a lot, finding new ways of accomplishing the heists and are interested in lore of this game and I simply love to play it with them.
One of the ways how to render a tribute to this game I fell in love with, is to honor it with cosplay. And as Clover was one of the first characters I've played in this game and I feel like she's that kind of a girl I like - rough, strong, can compete with guys - she simply fitted to me, I decided to make a cosplay of hers.

ORIGINAL CHARACTER:

2) How I made this costume:

1) Mask

I will start with the most difficult part of this costume.
The easiest way to make a mask, that would fit you, is to make a cast of your head, but who has it? If you're willing to cast your head, you can buy some plaster bandages in local pharmacy and follow this youtube tutorials: Face mold, casting the face. On the completed face you can then mold your mask from any self-drying clay or other available materials.I decided to try to do it right on my face,

I have tried 3 different ways how to make a mask without having a cast of your head: aluminium foil with tape and papiermache, paper strips with tape, papiermache and acrylic cement and worbla (thermoplastic material) with ceraplast (self-drying modelling clay) and acrylic cement. The third one was the most expensive (worbla costs a fortune), but the fastest, easiest and the most functional way for me.

So I used a heating gun to soften the worbla and shaped it right on my face. It hardens really fast and careful, it's really hot! Then I´ve used modelling clay to make the shapes of the clover mask. I used the game itself as a referrence by making it (Choose the mask and push preview button). Then I let it dry for a day. I made the border of the mask from worbla too. Then I´ve soften the shapes with acrylic cement and sanding paper.

Then it was time to color this mask. I´ve used acrylic colors, that you can mix with water, but after drying, they're water-resistant. I've chosen green and blue pearlescent color for the eyes, purple pearlescent for the shades on the cheeks and forehead, solid green for shamrocks, red for lips, black for shades and borders and transparent pearlescent for the whole mask. You can seal the colors with acrylic laque.
Last step was to make this mask hold on my face.Worbla can stick to itself, so I made holders from worbla, metal buckles and black rubber straps, that comes into a small backhead part from grey EVA foam.

MATERIALS:
What are the above mentioned materials and where can I buy them?
Worbla - brown thermoplastic material in sheets.
Heat gun -  gun-shaped electric tool making heat.
EVA foam - thicker craft-foam with high density, can be glued with chemoprene glue.
Acrylic colors - after drying, water-resistant colors.
Keraplast or DAS - self-hardening modelling clay

If you're not interested in making the mask of your own, you can buy some masks in some stores as Payday 2 merchandise products. But I don't think Clover's mask is available too.

2) Clothes

The clothes of Clover is quite simple. You need a suit. so a black blazer and matching black trousers. Underneath you have a white (or light blue) shirt with buttons. I think this clothes is quite simple to buy and there is no need to sew it. If you don' t have enough funds, you can try to find it in second hand shops. The shoes are simple black ones too.

3) Accesories

To make an accurate cosplay, you need to pay attention to the details. On this cosplay, it' s the pink lock of hair, small piercing in the nose and blue gloves. Optional equipment are GenSec keycard, weapons (ideally the ones from Clover DLC pack), gun pouches.
Most of it you can easily buy:
Pink lock of hair
Blue cleaning gloves
Guns (toy), guns (airsoft), guns (devaluated real guns)
Silver small piercing - you can either pierce your nose or make a false piercing from a piece of wire like I did.
GenSec card - I´ve downloaded a picture from internet, printed it out and sealed that in transparent foil.

3) Advantages and disadvantages of this costume:

Advantages:
- Simple, casual and comfortable cosplay (a lot of costumes aren't very comfortable to wear).
- There are not many cosplayers of Payday 2 secondary character, so it's kinda original.
- Storable cosplay - the transportation and storing of this cosplay is really easy.
- I have same hair and eyes color with the character, so I don't have to wear contact lenses and wig.

Disadvantages:
- Your weapons can attract unnecessary attention on action.
- You actually look like a robber.
- Your cosplay is simple and doesn't show your skill as other cosplays could.
- Payday 2 is not as mainstream as for example Diablo 3, so it could be for some gamers difficult to recognize your cosplay.
- Some people can evaluate your cosplay as awful - in fact you're cosplaying a bad guy with horrifying mask.

And if you like my work, I would be honored if you're interested in my other work too and like me on my facebook page HERE.
Yours

CS:GO drops´n´cases guide by GERMIA

It has been a long time since Valve started making skins for CS:GO and still there are some not publicly known facts about skins and cases. Today i want to make a guide about CS:GO weapon cases. How to open them, their drop chance and how to deal with them.

In-game droppable items

You can drop maximum of 6 drops every single week. Usually, You'll get around 3-4 skin drops and 2-3 case drops if you play a lot. Drops reseted on Thursday,

1) WEAPON CASES

Weapon Cases were introduced in August 2013. Since then players have a chance to receive weapon cases (or a less valuable skins or a sticker capsule) as a drop after each completed game on a VAC secured server. Weapon cases can be opened with matching key available from CS:GO store or Steam market.

The types of weapon cases:

1) Black case - Valve created weapon skins.
2) eSports case - Valve created weapon skins, supports the CS:GO eSport gaming scene.
3) Yellow case - Community created weapon skins, supports the skins' authors.

There are always 3-5 cases in rotation in the item drop system and as new cases come in, old cases are phased out. Some cases are for Operation pass-holders only. Older Operation cases can be dropped to anyone after Valve´s release.

2) STICKER CAPSULES

Sticker Capsules are a type of container, that could dropped after each completed game on a VAC secured server and require a corresponding sticker capsule key to be used in order to be opened. When opened, the player will receive a random sticker from the capsule's sticker series.

The types of sticker capsules:

1) Yellow - Valve created stickers.
2) Red - community created stickers, supports the autor of the stickers.
3) Blue - event based stickers sold directly from the in-game store during major tournaments or events. This sticker capsule can´t be dropped in-game.

3) PACKAGES

Packages are a type of container dropped during a championship match or purchased from the in-game store. They don´t require a key to be opened.

The types of packages:

1) Souvenir Packages - dropped packages containing a weapon skin with yellow "Souvenir" quality and with stickers applied.
2) Gift Packages - packages sold in game during the winter holiday to be gifted to other players as an in-game drop of skin.

4) WEAPON SKINS

Players have a chance to receive weapon skins as a drop after each completed game on a VAC secured server. These skins include skins of Consumer Grade, Industrial Grade, Mil-Spec and Restricted quality from the Train, Mirage, Safehouse, Italy, Lake, Dust II and Bank collection.

The most valuable skins, that can be dropped in-game are:

Tec-9 Red Quartz, MAG-7 | Bulldozer, M4A1-S Nitro, AWP Pit Viper,

Dual Berettas Cobalt Quartz, P2000 Amber Fade, AK-47 Emerald Pinstripe

Weapons originating from cases, knives, Stattrak weapons, and keys can´t be dropped in-game or from a mission. Knives and Stattrak weapons can only be obtained from opening crates or bought on the Steam Market while keys can only be bought from Valve.

5) MISSIONS

Mission were first introduced in Operation Breakout. They will not drop for players without the Operation Pass, that can be bought in-game.

Completing a mission will give you a weapon drop from specific collections, that can´t be found through regular item-drop system.

Weapon cases - opening, buying, selling

Players can get weapon cases as a drop after each completed game on a VAC secured server or buy them on Steam market from other players.

What´s the price?

The price depends on many factors like on every aother marketplace (supply and demand):

1) How many cases are dropped in-game
There are always 3-5 cases in rotation in the item drop system and as new cases come in, old cases are phased out. In the current drop system, there is Chroma case, Vanguard case, Phoenix case, Breakout case and Huntsman case. These cases belong to the cheapest on the market because of their vast numbers. Players have a rare chance of dropping some older case like Bravo case, which price is now really high.
Some cases drop exclusively to the operation ticket holders (when there is some operation active-Breakout, Phoenix, ...), so the exclusivity affect their number and the price.

2) How old the case is
Keep in mind, that cases are consumables, so their numbers (even there are a lot of them) are sinking every day, when they are not dropped in-game. And it really affect the price a lot.
New cases are quite overpriced, old cases´price rise.

3) What weapon skins are in the case
Even if the case is old and there are not so many of them left on the market, it´s the weapon skins, that determine the price. For example old CS:GO Weapon Case 3, that doesn´t drop in game anymore and there is about 30 000 of them, costs about 0,10 Euro. On of the newer cases, Operation Phoenix Weapon Case, that still drops and there are about 300 000 of them, costs the same. And it´s only because Case 3 contains mainly unattractive pistol skins.

How to open them?

The cases can be opened with matching key available from CS:GO store or Steam market. It´s usually better to buy a key in-game, where there are currently available for 2.29 Euro, than on the Steam market (aprox. 2,5 Euro).

If you´re not sure how does the opening functions, you can make a rough try in one of the opening simulators in your browser or on your smartphone:

CS:GO Case opening simulators:

Demon Hunter - Diablo 3 - cosplay by GERMIA

Demon Hunter - Diablo 3

1) Why I chose to make this costume:

I wanted to really test my skills on a character with a heavy armor and challenging weapon. I decided to choose Demon Hunter from Diablo 3, because it was my favourite character in the game and I played the game then a lot.
I like her darkness, agility and abilities, her look and her sublimity - she's simply a dark, proud female character I fell in love with.

ORIGINAL CHARACTER:

2) How I made this costume:

1) Bodysuit

The bodysuit are just black leggings and black turtle neck shirt with long sleeves, that could be bought simply in every store. Keep in mind, that some leggings are a little see-through, when you wear them. Try to avoid it, because you have no armor on your back and it could look cheaply to show your underwear.

2) Cape

The cape is made from black velvet, that I bought in second hand shop (in a form of black velvet bathrobe) for really cheap. I just cut off a long straps of this material and made a long scarf out of it, that is wider at the end. I've scorched the borders with lighter and made some scorched holes at the end of the scarf. The cape is then wrapped around the neck and the part with holes is then on the back like a proper cape.

3) Hood

The hood is made from black velvet (the rest from the bathrobe) on the outside and black delicate felt on the inside, that I bought in fabric store. I' ve looked on some tutorial on youtube about making hoods, because I wanted medium-sized hood with quite a pointy top. I tried to draw the shape first on the paper and try it on and when I was satisfied with the result on paper, I've transfered the pattern on the both parts of the hood and sew it together. Then I took an embroidered band with silver lurex effect and sew it to the outer border of the hood. The middle part is then decorated with two cut off pieces of the band and then I've used a metal rivet in a cross shape for decoration. This rivet is used for bikers leather wear. On the bottom parts, there are two bands sewn in for me to be able to tie this thing.

4) Bracer armor

If you look at the pictures, the original character has on both hands bracers, but they don't look similar. One is much bigger than the other.

Bracer is made from several moosgummi (craft foam (2-3mm thick) layers, backed with black felt. Glued together with chemoprene glue and shaped with dremel sander. Painted with black acrylic color, then highlighted with silver acrylic tapped on the bracer with sponge (tutorial here). Shades made again with black acrylic color. Decorations made with latex substance (used for anti-slipping socks) and highlighted with silver metallic marker.
It' fastened with black velcro and there are some foam parts inside to better hold on my arm.
You can use EVA foam instead of craft foam too.

5) Boobs armor

The base of armor is made from yogga matt (but EVA foam would be better!), the upper parts are made from moosgummi glued to thick black felt.
The hardest part of the making was to think of the best 2D shapes on the paper and make the patterns right to look good in 3D. The straps are made from brown leather, that I bought really cheap in form of a vest in second hand shop. Everything is sewn and glued together with chemoprene glue. For decoration there are some silver rivets too. The back is fastened like corset with help of holes and strong braid. And not to change the shape on the end of each leather strap on the back, there are black sew-through corset reinforcements. Upper straps have velcro on the end. Moosgummi parts are then painted with black acrylic color asilver sponge technique (youtube video in bracer part).

6) Leg armor

The hardest part of leg armor was to make a fitting pattern from paper. Second hardest thing was to make straps, that would hold the armor on my leg, that are not to be seen from the outside. As I had no chance to use EVA foam, everything is made from moosgummi underglued with black thick felt. The attachement of the straps is inserted into a small hole in black felt, where the leather loops are glued and sewed into. In the leather loops are metal holders, that are holding the wide leather straps and that's how it holds on my leg. One more holder is on the top and it's fastened with one strap to the corset disallowing the leg armor to fall down.So the leg armor itself is holded with 4 metal buckles and 2 wide leather straps with velcro on the end, that wrap around my leg and one big piece made from moosgummi and felt, that wraps arounf my leg on the top. It holds on place because of green velcro (I would use black, but I didn't have one). The decoration is made from leather parts glued to the piece with chemoprene glue and small borders made from sanded moosgummi. The smallest decoration is made from latex substance made for anti-slipping socks and everything is painted with black and silver acrylic colors.

7) Corset

The corset is made from cheap brown leather I bought in second hand shop as an old vest. It's made out of 10 pieces, that I made first from paper and marked properly not to mess things up, taped the paper together and tried if it fits. Then I sewn all the left and right parts together using special needle with sharp point made out of three edges, that is used for sewing genuine leather. Then I used 4 silver belt buckles and leather straps for the middle part (I remade it three times). and sewn it inside the corset. In every seam, I inserted black plastic sew-through corset reinforcements, otherwise the corset doesn't hold it's shape and has tendencies to slide or squeeze. Iˇve decorated it with brown leather from old handbag, that I dremmeled for lighter color. On the back part, I inserted silver grommets to be able to lace this thing. Then I glued to that the hip armor made from moosgummi and black thick felt, the borders are dremmeled. On the sided you can find brown leather pockets, that I didn't have to sew, because I used the once I got from the old leather vest I bought in second hand store and some leather straps with metal buckles (because it's on the original picture). On the front there is a buckle made from several layers of moosgummi, that hold on it's place with velcros and it's really hand when you want to sit down - you can just remove thu buckle and then you can sit comfortably.

Some description of the picture:
1) base form from genuine leather
2) base form sewn together
3) making of leather straps
4) first prototype (looks awful, sorry, i had to rework this)
5,6) I hid the silver strap holders inside the corset and sewn them to the leather. That rly didn´t help the look of the corset at all.
7) I wanted the circular line to be more distinctive, so I used another colored brown leather stripes to mark the places i wanted to highlight.
8) The shape of the corset wasn´t really good, it rolled on the sides and didn´t really fit well. So I´ve sewn into the corset some plastic reinforcements and that was the breaking point of this project. The corset is really strong and it´s holding the shape well.
9) Remade the belt straps without rivets to look like in game.
10) Sewing and gluing the moosgummi armor to the corset.
11) only some details and acrylic paint and it´s DONE!

8) Pauldrons

First I made the patterns using paper and ducktapem then I have made 2D shapes on both felt and moosgummi, glued it together and glued it then to make 3D shapes. I´ve decorated it with dremmeled moosgummi straps and on some ugly places, I´ve hardened it with air drying ceramic clay. The only thing left is paint, so make a base with gesso or paint right on the moosgummi with black color and then put on the silver color by tapping it with sponge on the surface.
Straps schematics:
I made a drawing of how the whole pauldron structure holds in place. Everything is made out of leather straps with velcros on the end.
1) Velcros round about my triceps area,
2) Velcros connecting the smaller double pauldrons on both right and left arm on the main pauldron inner structure.
3) Velcros fastening the main pauldrons on both sides to the collar avoiding sliping off my shoulder.
4) Leather straps with velcros are connected to the (red) ring (it´s a strong keychain ring) inside the main pauldron and they are holding the main pauldrons on the front and back. They connect on the chest and on the back of my body.
5) Leather straps with velcros on the end are connected by the red ring and go under my shoulder. They are connected in the armpit from the front and back side.
6) Leather strap, that is visible on the breastplate. It goes through the red ring and goes back to the breastplate.
7) Velcro from the inner part of breatplate, that connects to the collar on the sides.
8) Velcro, that is connecting the collar together on the front side.

9) Collar

It's made from black felt and moosgummi with dremmeled mossgummi borders, painted with acrylic colors. It has 5 velcros - 1 to connect together, 2 to connect to shoulder armor and 2 to connect to breastplate - see pauldrons pictures for more info. There is a decoration similar to belt buckle on the backm that is made from moosgummi layers and glued to the place.

10) Boots

I´ve bought cheap brown faux leather musketeer boots on high heels, cut the upper part in the half and decorated it with dremmeled moosgummi. from the back, there are velcros disallowing the upper piece to be "flappy" and holdon it's place. I've made paper patterns for the decoration of the shoes. On the picture you can see everything is fastened with velcro and all the parts, that aren't glued to the shoe are reinforced with black fabric, not to be teared on the most stressed places (because moosgummi is easy to tear when not reinforced). Every velcro is sewn and glued into place. The sewing is hidden under decorating borders. Everything is painted with acrylic colors. Then I bought two black faux-leather dog collars as a decoration (It was cheaper than what would only the small silver belt buckle cost alone) (or you can buy some belts in second hand store).

11) Accessories

Contact lenses, biceps leather straps, leather belts, gloves, makeup.
There are several different "small things", that are really completing the costume. On of the most important, that is making the most difference, are the contact lenses. Demon Hunter has shining white eyes, so I've decided to go with white lenses. More about lenses in my LENSES TUTORIAL.
Don't forget about make-up too. It' s really important in cosplay. For this costume I've used only really light (almost white) make-up for the face, only light lipstick and really shady and big smoky black eyes. I've also made some black shades under my cheekbones to look more scary.
I've made a leather strap on my left arm from leather leftovers and decorated it with small silver rivets. On the other hand I've used a dog collar (the same like for the boots).
And it' s not really important which gloves you use. I've used different types on different occasions - wooly black gloves for the winter photoshoot, cotton black for normal occasions... They just have to be black.

12) Crossbow

Demon Hunter crossbow - progress
Preparation:
After making the whole armoured cosplay I´ve realized there is a big need of a crossbow. I´ve made some research and looked on some DH cosplays and in the game on my items and I´ve decided to make the crossbow from this trailer:
There is this epic crossbow with demon skull, bones, big and arnoured.
I´ve seen one contest, where there was a demon hunter with foldable crossbow and I´ve decided to make it foldable too and make it shiny with the red LED lights from the mouth of demon skull. I´ve seen that and it was made from umbrella.
There were not so many referrence pictures to that particular crossbbow so I had to improvise a little.
The whole crossbow was made from an umbrella with spring. The handle of the umbrella had a shape of U and was made from the wood. I used saw and cut half of the handle off to make a shape of the gun handle. I´ve adjusted the shape and the thickness of the handle by adding foam from yogga matt and this I´ve coverd with papiermache to make it hard. I´ve added foam from yogga matt on the top and bottom of the handle, covered it then with moosgummi and added details from moosgummi. I took an old leather bag made from small leather squares, cut the squares out and made little triangles out of them. I glued the triangles to the handle making a kind of dragon scale look. I´ve then added a trigger made out of foam and fastened it with nails. Then painted.

I've screwed to the top of the umbrella and added a led light for a bicycle - it is fastened with screw. I ´ve made the first layer of foam on the arms. I´ve cut the handle, stuffed it with foam and reinforced it with papiermache (2). Then I´ve taken cardboard, cut two sides of it (3) and reinforced them with wooden sticks (4). Then I´ve covered it in papiermache and fastened it to the crossbow with nails, glue and foam and painted it black (5). Then I´ve covered the arms in moosgummi and painted it black and covered the whole handle in scales, that I´ve made from leather (6). I´ve made a ceramic skull and jaw, two side bones and 6 teeth from clay, painted it with acrylic colors to make it look like dirty and old and fastened the jaw to the crossbow with lot of wires (7). Then I´ve made decorations from moosgummi and base for the horns from foam and fastened the skull and the side bones to the crossbow with wires (8). I´ve added two smaller horn bases and reinforced them with wire to be adjustable and painted it all black (9). I´ve painted the arms of the crossbow silverish metallic and decorated the whole horn structure with moosgummi. I´ve cut out the moosgummi part, painted it with acrylic color, waited till it is dry and glued it to the horn base. And that I´ve repeated the whole day Emotikona grin (10). I´ve added some decoration on the base of the crossbow, decorated the handle and mounted the trigger (11). I´ve added more decorations, painted ti silver, added mount on the downside decorated with rivets and added the 6 teeth on the arms of the crossbow. It took me a month to do this.¨

Here's how I painted this cosplay to look like silverish metal:

3) Advanatages and disadvantages of this costume:

Advantages:
- Stunning costume, that attracts attention wherever you are.
- I have same hair color with the character and the hair is hidden under the hood, so I don't have to wear wig.
- Your cosplay shows a lot of different skills (sewing, crafting, lightning, painting, modelling) and has a potential to win prizes.
- The use of this costume can be pretty diverse. I had a photoshoot with a lot of photographers interested in phantasy themes, had an interview about both Diablo and HotS games, even non-gamers and casual people admire the skill behind and beauty of this costume.
- Your costume isn't unnecessarily naked and doesn't show much skin. It's still quite sexy and seducing I think.

Disadvantages:
- Not really comfortable to wear
- Every wearing damages the moosgummi a lot - it's not very durable material - it needs a lot of repairs
- The transportation ond storing of the cosplay is not easy. It has a lot of parts and when I want to transport it, I have to take the biggest suitcase I have.
- Your cosplay looks weird and scary, so forget about wearing it on some public places without drawing attention. You cannot dress up in advance, but right on the place of the action/photoshoot.
- Your cosplay is not very original, because with every minute, more and more cosplayers around the world are making new Demon Hunters, because it's pretty famous character, a lot peoples favourite and with Heroes of the Storm, the Demon Hunter was reincarnated and it's popularity has risen. (To this point I have to say I hate makin unoriginal cosplays. But I said to myself, noone did it in CZ/SK, almost noone had a Blizzard cosplay then and I was the first cosplayer in CZ making DH and one of the first cosplayers, that made something from Diablo).
- You cannot dress alone in this costume, you need someone to help you.

Ravenborn LeBlanc from League of Legends

1) Why I chose to make this costume:
After making two marksman cosplays without any sewing knowledge, I decided I have to try something really challenging and new for me. Something totally different, that would push me to use a sewing machine and won't be any badass armoured character like the two previous ones. And when I saw this model from League of Legends, I was stunned. It was seductive, pretty dark, but not totally black/grey/red as my usual picks are, there was a lot of sewing, work with feathers, real challenge with big collar, that should stay in place and it has white (kinda greenish) hair and I just love white hair. LeBlanc as a character is something new for me, she's kinda hard to play for a noob like me, but she's really powerful, fun-to-play and pretty cheeky if you ask me. How could I resist?
ORIGINAL CHARACTER:

2) How I made this costume:

1) Corset

As usual I've done a lot of searching if there are any previous cosplayers of this particular character with this particular Halloween skin. Looking at other cosplayers makes me think of how could I do this and that and if I don't like something, it makes me think of a better ways how to do it. The corset is made out of two parts, that should be connected by black stripes and show your skin a little. But as I looked at other cosplayers, the gap was only damaging the shape of the whole corset. So I've decided to use a skin-toned fabric (that i bought in second-hand store), to fill the gap.

I´ve made the shape of the corset from paper to fit my body, then transfered the pattern onto the black unwoven fabric and purple taffeta fabric (taft). I´ve glued the taffeta borders to the black fabric and sewn all the corset parts together. I´ve reinforced the seams with black plastic corset mountings. I´ve sewn a black bra into the corset. Everything is hand-sewn.

As I´ve seen some LeBlanc cosplays, that tried to make a corset with blank space on the front side like on the model and it never looked good just because the corset can´t hold its shape when space without fabric included. So I´ve decided to buy a fabric in the same color like my skin and sew it on my corset. I´m pretty happy with the result. The second thing I didn´t want to do like other cosplayers do is to use satin for the whole thing. Satin is a nice fabric, but if overused or not well sewn, it looks cheap and the whole cosplay seems clownish. So I´ve found a taffette, that looks great and doesn´t "shine" so much. The brooches are made from metal with jewellery technique tin soldering. Materials used: nonvowen black fabric for lining, purple satin for folded bra, stretch black leggings, that looked like leather for bra and brooch straps, sew-through púlastic corset reinforcements, black bra, purple taffette and beige shirt.

2) Collar

I´ve noticed, it´s one of the hardest parts of this cosplay - it shouldn´t move, it should be big, it should hold its form... How to do that properly I´ve learned from Mowky cosplay - she inspired me with her collar construction. The inner part is made from yogga mat rolled into rolls The mat is then covered in worbla thermoplastic material and shaped properly in heat. I measured the gaps between each part of the collar and transfered the paper patterns onto dark purple velvet. Each side has three parts, that are sewn togethet and glued on the constraction with hot glue. That was made from both sides and the upper parts was overcast with black fabric piece. The whole construction has been painted black and then silver with my sponge painting technique. Everything was measured and formed to fit on my neck. On the bottom part I made two eyelets for the brooches to fit in. The bottom feather collar was glued to the bottom part of this collar and fastened with wires.

3) Feather collar

Bottom collar with feather is made from 2mm black craft foam supported with copper wires, that go through the worbla pieces. Then i took feather stripes from black rooster (I chose these because of the greenish effect on the light, that they make) and glued them with hot glue on the craft foam. I've bought single feather bundle for the blindspots to fill. Thanks to the wire the collar can be shaped at will.

4) Skirt

The whole skirt is made out of black felt, and the same purple taffete like the one used for the corset. Then I've used a decorating black ribbon, for the stripes.

5) Shoes

I've made straps from the leftovers from dark purple velvet with black rubber sewn inside and black velcros, that go together on the back of the leg. They're not sewn into the shoe. The shoes I bought from the e-shop of used clothes called vinted.cz.

6) Bracers

I made a shape out of paper and tried it on my hand if it fits.
I cut the shape out of EVA foam. I glued the outer side of EVA foam together and drew 2 lines, that should be marked in the foam. I used my soldering iron for drawing the lines into the foam and glued the piece together from both sides. I made upper border from moosgummi and lower border from EVA foam (thicker) and dremmeled them to be smooth. I painted the whole thing with black and silver acrylic colors and sealed with laquer. I made two "paws" from black and purple fabric and black rubber (attached to my middle finger), and sewed&glued it into the bracers.

7) Tiara

The tiara was made out of dremmeled EVA foam 0,5 thick and covered with worbla. For the blue gem I dremmeled a bezel in the foam and a small frame made of foam and worbla. Everything was connected together, because worbla sticks to itself easily when heated with heat gun. The I covered it in several layers of acrylic structure paste and painted it with black and silver acrylic colors. The tiara holds on the head because i made small eyelids on the inner part, where small hairpins could be placed.

8) Main Feather

For the biggest feather, that is put into tiara, I bought some white big ostrich feathers. I put them on a platter and painted it with wet crepe paper (I tried painting it with acrylic colors, but it destroyed the structure of the feather - the color should be water-based), the let it dry. I've used purple, blue, cyan and green crepe paper. I painted more feathers just for the case. It holds in tiara by itself, there is only a small eyelet, so it needs a force to be put it and out of the tiara.

9) Sleeves

I wanted the sleeves to look good, so I´ve decided to fold the on the upper side and make them a little balloony like the in-game model has.I was afraid of using satin, because when not sewn good or overused, it looks really cheap. I think I´ve managed to avoid the cheap look by sacrificing a lot of time and work into folding of the sleeves and the sewin of their bottom part, where a small rubber strap is mounted.

10) Cape

The cape was made out of purple taffete like the skirt and corset and decorated with the same satin, that I've used for the sleeves. The borders were decorated from both sides with simple silver lining. Everything was done with the help of paper patterns - for bigger projects like this, that need a bigger paper sheets, I use paper from old wallpapers.

11) Accessories

Gems - The gems I bought from local beadshop known for their high-quality glass and beads. I chose cyan blue glass beads with misty inner structure.

Hair - I wanted to stay true to both splashart (white hair) and in-game model (green hair), so I've bought a wig, that was white with slight greenish tint from e-bay, that I curled wet with curling iron. For picture of the product I bought, see "material" picture.

Neckpiece - I used the same fabric like for the straps and bra on the corset. It's actually made out of old leggings with leather effect, that I bought really cheap.

Tights - I used two different tights for my photoshoot - For the first time I used simple skin toned tights, but i think black ones fit better to this costume.

Contact lenses - I used purple toning lenses. For more info, visit please my LENSES TUTORIAL.

Make-up - I used dark purple lipstick, light make-up, and purple and black eyeshades, the line under yes was made with black eyeliner.

12) Staff

It´s made out of wooden stick found in a forest with the right shape for the staff. I had to cut it and sharpen the bottom of the staff. The raven was too big to hold on the smallest part of the staff, so I had to make it bigger and harder. I´ve used yogging mat foam for the inside and worbla for the outside. It wasn´t necesary to have the worbla smooth, because i wanted to use cement for more reinforcement, that will cover upt he whole part. Worbla was important for the raven to hold on it and to fasten the led light screw into it. Then i´ve made out of moosgummi, yogga mat foam and EVA foam the bottom part of the staff (the decoration, i dunno). I´ve used cement to cover the whole upper part and drew the tree rings into it. Then I painted it with black acrylic color and the the whole wooden part with brown color for wood. The raven is made from polystyrene boards glued together.

The body, wings and feet are made separately and then glued together with hot glue (any other glue melted the material - it was too agressive).I´ve carved it with exacto knife and smoothened it with acrylate cement used for walls. Then sanded and painted with black acrylic color. The hot glue wasn´t enough to hold the big raven on his small feet on the staff, so I had to use worbla to reinforce his feet. It´s not done yet. I have to make his eyes, moosgummi decorations and color shading into silver wit acrylic colors.

MATERIALS:

3) Advanatages and disadvantages of this costume:

Advantages:- With almost no armor, it's quite good for transportation and storing.
- It attracts attention of children and small girls, because you're not scary, you're more princess-like.
- It's quite sexy and seductive costume
- You don't need any helper when you want to dress up in this costume.

Disadvantages:
- It's showing maybe a little too much skin
- It has almost no armor and the only prop is a raven, so it shows only a limited amount of skills.
- It's too naked for winter and too hot to wear in summer.

Payday 2 - Be the fugitive! Skill tree by GERMIA #3 (EN)

After receiving a lot of messages to share with you my skill trees in Payday 2, I´ve decided to write these guides into my spending of experience points into skills and show you this way, what i like to play the most. I think you can inspire yourselves with what i did and have a better enjoynment of the game because of it ;)

This skill tree is made for the players, who like to do a lot of damage, but still be pretty mobile and want to be able to be the fastest and most independent player of the team, who can run from the enemy or help fast other teammates.
So you're in fact playing a fast fugitive with only small armor, who can play a healer role partially.
You can revive your teammates and heal them aswell. You can save your whole team from dying because of your high speed and low chance to be hit.

You can view this skill tree online by CLICKING HERE.

WHAT IS THIS SKILL TREE ABOUT:

CAREFUL: In order to be effective, you need to equip AKIMBO PISTOLS as primary weapon, ANY PISTOL as secondary weapon, LIGHT BALLISTIC VEST as armor, CROOK as perk deck and try to reach the LOWEST DETECTION RISK you can (under 35 is good, under 20 very good, under 10 is great!).

- allows you to revive your teammates just by shouting at them from the near distance (75% success) and you revive them 50 % faster. Reviving gives you both bonuses.
- If you're downed, you're instantly revived if you kill an enemy with pistol - you have 3 charges of this ability.
- You have 2 doctor bags with 2 charges or 7 small first-aid-kits. I would prefer using FAK, because you don't have any healing skills and you have quite an independent player because of your movement speed, so you have to heal yourself fast and effective, not to be turnt over the others.
- Your skill support the use of PISTOLS, as both primary and secondary weapon. You have to use Akimbo pistols as primary weapon, otherwise you're wasting your talents. For the list of prefered weapon builds, please see next chapter.
- You have 6 cableties to be able to controll the mission even when your group is not full and there are a lot of civilians.
- You have strong intimidation, you can even intimidate some enemies into a hostage (in stealth) or persuade them to fight on your side. They could be then traded for your teammate in custody. It´s great for tough mission with no civilians in sight.
- You have great movement speed and stamina,
- You skills are giving stability bonuses to your weapons.
- You have a high chance to DODGE enemy fire. That means, the chance of enemy forces hitting you is significantly decreased and that's why you can run in loud heists only with light ballistic vest.
- You can use your primary weapon in bleedout.
- You are made for carrying bags - you carry them as fast as it could be boosted and you interact with them as fast as it could be boosted, your throwing skill is boosted too.

OTHER NECESSARY COMPONENTS:

1)This skill tree is best to combine with following perk decks:
- CROOK - The BEST perk deck to combine with this skill tree is crook. It gives you 40% higher chance to dodge enemy fire and I don't recommend using this skill tree without this perk deck.
- ROGUE - This perk gives you 25% chance to dodge enemy fire, you're less targeted, when close to your teammates, you have 25% chance to pierce enemy armor.

2) Make sure you´re using proper weapons for this skill tree.
You have to use Akimbo pistols as primary and any pistol as secondary weapon.
I prefer using Akimbo Desert Eagles with modification for concealment = Bling grip, concealment boost (when using silencer, than max. Champions silencer) because you have to deal a lot of damage and DE are the highest damage-dealing pistols you can use.
As a secondary weapon, try to find some compromise between damage and concealment. I personally recommend using these pistols from the best down:
- Crosskill pistol (enhanced with concealment boost, flash hider, ergo grip or engraved crosskill grip, marksman sight and vented slide) - you can reach the best stats with these modifications.
- Baby Deagle (with concealment enhancements) - big damage in small package (only Point Break DLC). Try to equip every modification you can, that lowers your detection risk (spike kit, size doesnt matter supressor)
- Interceptor 45 (with concealment enhancements)
- Chimano 88 (with concealment enhancements)

3) This skill tree needs to be used with first aid kits (or doctor bags) - You have 7 FAK, that could be deployed really fast and heal your whole health. It doesn't heal the amount of your deaths like doctor bag, but is more mobile and practical for you. With the skills you go down (death) on the 4th time, because of your fugitive skill Pistol messiah.

4) It's best useful on big loud heists like Meltdown or Dockyard because of your mobility.

5) Your chance to dodge enemy fire is best when you run and then when you crouch, so it's really wise to be a moving target and crouch when interacting with things.

6) This skill tree is not good for carrying bags. Your dodge chance is best by crouching and running and not being able to run by carrying bags is a great disadvantage for you.

Other variations of this skill tree:

Fugitive/stronger healer without Akimbos:
- by Andrej Kalinin
-  you don't have first aid kits, only doctor bags, so you need to stick with your team more
-  you don!t have Akimbo skill (2 pistols as primary), so you have to reach the highest concealment number with other weapons. I recommend using modified Valkyria rifle (Sokol DLC),
- view it here

Fugitive skill tree with shotgun:
- General McBadass

I hope you like this guide I made with a little help of my more experienced friends. Keep in mind, it´s something, that fits my gameplay, it´s not an universal guide into Payday and enjoy!

Payday 2 - Be the fugitive! Skill tree by GERMIA #3 (CZ)

S tímto skill tree lze rychle uniknout nepřátelům a i rychle pomáhat spoluhráčům.

- máte dobrou pohyblivost, maximální výdrž a maximální rychlost.

Byli byste snadným terčem a vydrželi velm málo.

A nyní už k tomu, co mě motivovalo napsat tyto články:

3) Probíhající "nábor" na zaplnění chybějícího místa v našem týmu eSuba.ladies CS:GO a pozorovaný růst domácí ženské scény.
5) Absence jakýchkoliv turnajů, offline i online, pro ženskou CS:GO scénu, a to zahraniční i domácí.

A čím více bude růst komunita profi a poloprofi hráček, tím častěji budeme moci pozorovat takové skvělé úspěchy i na naší domácí scéně.
